With this 35 minute calisthenics workout, you get into fighting shape alongside three platoons of
motivated Marine Corps recruits as they build their bodies the Marine Corps way. Led by Marine
Corps Drill Instructors, you'll workout the Marine Corps was: start out with a five minute warm-up
and stretch session, then get serious as you are introduced to the "Daily-9"; dive bomber
push-ups, crunches, side-straddle-hops, and back extensions. Finally, see if you can pass the
circuit course test. |
